Why Fig Tree Does Not Bear Fruit

I have 3 Fig trees about 7 feet tall. They are about 15 to 20 years old. Two of the trees set lots of fruit (50 to 100). The third sets one to no figs a year. This tree is about 10 feet from one of the other trees. I have tried pruning back, feeding, extra water, etc. but nothing works. I have sandy soil. Do you have any suggestions?

I guess fig trees only produce fruit for ten to fifteen years. They continue to produce leaves, look healthy, etc., but their fruiting period is over.
