Why doesn’t my Queen of Sheba vine bloom?

I have three Queen of Sheba vines that are two years old. The vine is growing very well, especially this summer. Still I have no blossoms. They get at least 6-7 hours of sunlight each day. Can you help?

They like full sun to filtered shade. Fertilizing needs to be constant. In your area, they don’t bloom till late summer or early fall, so that might be why no blooms yet.
