Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comMy pepper plants are in the sun and are 12″ tall. They are nice and bushy and fertilized with 10-10. Add more phosphorus to the soil. Your soil is probably lacking this and peppers need this to flower. This article will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/soil-fertilizers/phosphorus-plant-growth.htm [1]
