Q.Why does my shrub’s leaves suddenly have black tips and how do I deal with it please?

Zone Warwickshire - CV47 0JX | Anonymous added on May 14, 2020 | Answered

The shrub has been in my garden for many years and never looked like this before. Could it be a late frost problem? Will is just recover or do I need to treat it or prune it?

If the late frosts are over, you can go ahead and prune off the damaged leaves. I don't think it is sooty mold, but to be sure I've included an article about that too.
