Why Does My Hibiscus Have a Minimum of Flowers?

Brought plant in for winter. It went semi dormant. When brought back out in spring, it is strong and healthy, just not many flowers. What am I doing wrong?

Hibiscus like a lot of fertilizer. Mix a good fertilizer with water per directions and give it to them every two weeks.
