Why does a static electromagnetic field decrease the germination time of a radish seeds?

Question

I am a high school student doing an investigation to see the effects of static magnetic fields on radish seed germination. My investigation showed that the seeds germinate faster in the presence of an electromagnetic field and I was wondering if you had any reasons or articles that would support this finding?
