Q.Why Do The Leaves Turn Yellow?

I have the attached plants (5 small pots inside a larger one). I know they don’t like direct sunlight and I only water when the soil is dry (like succulents). Lately I see few leaves turn Yellow. What could be the reason?

Yellowing leaves are usually due to over or underwatering. Are you emptying the lower tray after you water? If not, they may be absorbing more water at the roots which could lead to root rot. Also check to see that the plants aren't outgrowing their pots and need an upgrade. Spider mites can be a problem, too. This article tells more:
