Q.Why do some seeds sprout tall fast and fall over what do I do?

I planted a variety of sunflower seeds in a pot to germinate. A few came up shot up real tall and fell over. Why is this happening and what do I do to stop it? Or do I just leave it alone?

This means that it needs much more light. If you do not have a much brighter of a spot, then it will be necessary to start them outside, or use a horticultural light.
