Why Do My Roma Tomatoes Seem to Stop Growing?

My roma tomatoes seemed to stop growing. They grew to a size of a quarter, then seemed to stop. There is enough water. I check all the time. Now there are more growing on the top vine, but those seem to stop growing too. I’ve been pinching the suckers like I’ve been reading. Don’t know what I’m doing wrong!

Could weather be a factor as to why the tomato has not grown? The seeds were sown during summer & now it’s gotten extremely cold up in these hills. . .

Yes, tomatoes are a warm weather plant. Their growth can slow and even stop in cold weather. They need temps over 50F to grow and grow best when temps are around 70F-80F.
