Q.Why Do Carrot Seeds Look Different Than In 80’s?
I used to garden until I moved into a condo. I’m in a house again and seeds look more like candy than seeds. What’s up?

They are likely coated with nutrients, or fungicide to make them germinate better.
This is common practice with modern seeds. You can still find uncoated seeds, though.
