The leaves came up, but no blooms. The plant looks healthy. They were so beautiful last year.

It may help to add phosphorus or bone meal to the soil, as there could be too much nitrogen - resulting in lots of foliage growth with little to no blooms. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/garden-how-to/soil-fertilizers/phosphorus-plant-growth.htm

Were they in the ground or in a container? Did you fertilize? It's been my experience that hyacinth's bloom great the first year, then decline each year till they don't do much blooming at all.
