Why Did the Leaves on My Tomato Plant Fall Off

I have 3 green tomatoes at the top of my plant and a new bloom. The stalk is still green, but the rest of the leaves have all fallen off. Can I save this plant?

It sounds like it may not be getting enough water. Increase water to the plant and this should help.
