Why Did My Albuca Leaves Not Curl Tightly?

Question

I have an albuca “frizzle sizzle” whose leaves(?) did not coil as I’ve seen pictured. Why did this happen and can I fix it? I’ve had it indoors in a window with the most sunlight. The house temp is never below 67ºF, but maybe the window was drafty?
