Q.why crape myrtle is not flowering
last year our 6′ crape myrtle produced lots of flowers. I cut off all the dried bloom pods in the fall. This year the only blooms are from the ends of new branches.

Trimming the trees in fall can often diminish blooms the following year. Additional reasons for your crepe myrtle not blooming can be found here: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/crepe-myrtle/crepe-myrtle-not-blooming.htm
