Why aren’t my potatoes blossoming?

My potatoes came up looking beautiful. After approx. 30 days were hit by Japanese beetles. Got them under control, plants still looking Skeletony but recovering yet, they have no blossoms. Now, they are approx. 55 days old. Reds and golds, could they be non-flowering?
