Why Are The Palms On My Palm Tree Turning Brown?

This is a 2 year old European Fan palm, that is planted in my yard in a full sun area. There are 2 yellow flowers coming out from the center

A common cause of yellowing in palms is a nutrient deficiency. You can remove the brown fronds, but wait till the yellow fronds turn completely brown before removing them. This variety also prefers a part-shade location.
