Q.Why Are The Limbs Of My Plumeria Tree Soft?

My main stock and new growth are hard, but the limbs are soft.

You may want to monitor this as well carefully water only when the soil feels dry. New growth may feel soft but with plumerias, soft sometimes means that the affected area is rotting and can also change color. If so, you may want to cut the affected area off.
