Why are the leaves turning yellow and falling off?

My Hibiscus is blooming profusely but the leaves are turning yellow and some are falling off. What should I do? I have Miracle Grow fertilizer that I’m going to put on now. Is that ok?

Hibiscus leaf yellowing is common.
