There’s a good chance that fertilizer burn could be the cause of the issue. Before adding any more nutrients, it's important to test the soil for deficiencies. From these photos alone, it’s difficult to pinpoint exactly which nutrient might be causing the problem. Personally, I always test my soil first to ensure it doesn’t already have an excess of certain nutrients, like potassium. It could be any one of the nutrients, but a soil test will help you get a more accurate diagnosis and avoid further stress on the plant.
