It may be too cold, and too much water for the roots.
I would water with regular, room temperature water. They are tropical plants, and do not like the cold. Ice will be cold enough to kill the roots.
Only water after the first inch or two of soil is completely dry, as watering while it is still wet will cause fungal infections.
