why are the leaf tips on my “small leaf rhododendrom ‘Olga Mezzitt’ hybrid turning bronze?

Hello, this can be due to over-fertilization, or signs of a fungal infection. If the area has been wet for too long, I would be inclined to believe that this is the case. Treat the area with dolomitic lime, and wettable sulfur, and it will make a recovery.
