Q.Why Are My Tomatoes Not Growing

i have grown strawberrys cucumber and tomatoes from seeds this year and although 95% of my seeds germinated about 9 weeks ago they have put on very little growth. Biggest tomato plant is about 2.5 inches high and biggest cucumber plant has about 4 real leaves and is about 4 inches high. Strawberrys are still minute

I would look at the light situation. Are they indoors near a window or with grow lights or are they outside? If they are getting full sun, look at adding some fertilizer. Here are more tips:
