Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have just picked lots of my straw flowers. I pinched them off, and they are laying on a over sized sheet to dry out, but the ones that were in full bloom are molding…………… Sad to see this. What did I do wrong? Should I be cutting them on the stem and hanging them?? Phyllis

Yes, hanging them would be a better option, unless you can get a screen to lay them on. They really need air to get to all sides, or they will rot.
