Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comIm growing pumpkins. Its only been a month since planting these from seed. I noticed however there is small male flowers opening early. The plants arent even that big.

The male flowers do appear before the female flowers. Sometimes up to 2 weeks sooner to pave the way for the bees.
I’m not seeing anything in the extension literature about small flowers. You might try calling your local extension agent and see if others in your area have the same problem.
