I have 2 Dracaena Anita’s that will not survive in my house! They continue wither and fall off! How can I prevent this from happening again?

These plants are normally killed by too much care. I suspect that they have root rot from overwatering. This article will help you check for that:

Allow the soil to become a little dry between watering to help prevent root rot on this plant.

It might also be fluoride in the water causing this. You may want to try switching to distilled water for watering.
