Q.Why Are My Peppers Small

I noticed my peppers are already ripening yet they are small and deformed. Why are they not growing like regular peppers?

It could be a pollination problem. If the weather was chilly during pollination, bees were not as active. There are other things you can check, too. Look underneath the leaves for signs of aphids. Also, is the soil fertile and well draining? Are the peppers in full sun? These articles should help:
