Q.Why are my palm tree leaves turning yellow?

Zone Moorpark, CA | Anonymous added on August 12, 2020 | Answered

Very sandy soil.
Water 2x week during this heat.
Lots of production of the berry pods.
All palms on property leaves turn yellow, then bronze on tips, then take LONG time to die.
Some established for years, some younger small 3′ high.
Appreciate any advice!
Thanks!

You may have accidentally overwatered your palm, but it's possible the soil is deficient. Here's an article that will help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/sago-palm/sago-leaves-turning-yellow.htm
