Q.Why Are My Oleander Plant Leaves Turning Yellow?
I got four oleander plants about 2-3 years ago. At first they all started off with green leaves and were growing well. After a year they started developing yellow leaves that started from the tips to the base. These leaves would completely turn yellow and fall off. I’ve watered them more, and the bottom middle of the plants are green, but there sre still certain branches with these yellow leaves that develop. They get worse when it gets colder, however they stay present all year. I know there’s a disease as well, could this be that? There are other oleander plants in town and theres mixed results of similar cases, however there are some that are very large in size and are full green with beautiful flowers. Could it also be a soil issue?

Unfortunately, your photos didn't come through. I'm not going to be able to get a good look at it to see any signs. It very well could be disease. It could be something off with the soil, too, though. Overwatering and underwatering can have the same symptoms, as well. pH could be off, or nutrient levels off. The only thing that I can suggest is to have your soil tested. This will be the best way to know, for sure.
