Why Are My Newly-planted Coleus Drooping?

I bought 6 coleus plants for a shade balcony container. Two are fine. Four are drooping. My first inclination is to water more but the soil feels damp and two of the plants are healthy looking. Four are not.

They prefer moist soil but not saturated. Try cutting back a bit and see if that helps. Here is more:
