Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have a shamrock that is getting white stuff on the leaves then it turns brown. Can you tell me if this is a disease or maybe bugs of some sort? This plant is about 20 yrs old.

This could be Mealybug.
I would use Neem Oil to treat your plant.
