Why are my hens and chicks looking almost wilted and are turning very light colored?

My mom gave me a start off her hens and chicks. I thought I’d given them to much water or sun, trying not to kill them, the tips are turning towards the dirt and are pale.

This looks like it needs more light. These are full sun plants and need as much as possible. It is also showing signs of being overwatered. They are very drought tolerant, and will want to be quite dry between watering.
