Why Are My Bokchoy Leaves Curling?

I have hydroponic bokchoy. At first, they looked healthy and grew. But for the 2-3 weeks, they started to curl and have darker color. I already reduced the nutrition. But somehow they’re still curling.

Curling leaves typically means too much or too little nutrition. So you did the right thing to adjust it. Also check the pH, because if that is off, they can't absorb the nutrition well. Leaves curling over can indicate a problem with Magnesium, so check for that. You also can apply a general foliar spray in case of a lack of nutrients.
