Why are my ajugas wilting

It has been raining a lot lately and my ajugas have started to partially wilt. When I pulled out, the wilted part I found has a sort of white mold underneath. What can I do? I love my ajugas!

PS: I wrote to you before regarding a Chaste Tree. Just wanted to let you know that I followed your advice of watering it more and it is doing wonderful. Thanks!!!

Though they do like a damp growing site, (they can also survive drier weather) to much rain and poorly draining soil can cause fungus or even root rot.
If you can remove any of the mulch that is moldy I would do so. You also could treat the plants with Neem OIl. It acts as both an insecticide and fungicide.
