Q.leaves and flowers of calla lily getting brown

Zone BD9 5QQ | rphoenix42 added on June 17, 2015 | Answered

Why are leaves and flowers of calla lily getting brown? I bought a healthy looking plant a week ago. It is kept in a conservatory and has been watered regularly. Now the leaves and flowers are looking brown and fading.

Calla Lilies do not like there roots to sit in water.
You may be overwatering. Your plant should have a well draining pot. Soil damp but not soggy. Feel the soil before watering.
Also the light conditions may have changed from the greenhouse to your conservatory. They do like full sun.
