Q.Why Are Honeysuckle Flowers Shriveling Up?

Hi Would you please let me know what is wrong with the Honeysuckle? At the beginning of the season, it blooms nicely, and then, the flower seems to try to open but they shrivel up and die. This has been happening now every year. How often should they bloom, because I am getting only one bloom per season. Thank you

I suspect a pest like spider mites. Pruning in winter can help if the mites are overwintering.
