Wht kind of plant is this on side of hardiplank

Grown for about 10 years removed it just don’t know what kind of plant and how to get it off

This looks like a lichen growing on your siding.

This is likely growing in a shady or north location.

I would contact the manufacturer to see how best to clean the siding.
