Q.Whitefly infestation still present after removing plants
I just moved and found a terrible whitefly infestation in the garden. I removed affected plants from the garden, but the flies and larvae are still all over the ground where the plants had been. Do I need to try to remove all of the soil from that area? I’m afraid the shrubs will get infested, too.
If you visibly see larvae in the soil, I would attempt to remove it.
Here is an article that has helpful information about whiteflies and how to control them.
