White Spots on Lemon Tree Leaves

Have noticed white spots on leaves of lemon tree and some leaves are also curling. Please suggest remedial measures. Thanks.

It sounds like the tree has a fungus. I would treat the plant with a fungicide. I personally like neem oil, as it is safe for consumption and is effective on both pests and fungus.
