Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI have white spots that look like scales on the branches of two Red Rocket Crepe Myrtles. They have begun to get their leaves, but the ends of the branches left from last year have what looks like spider webs; and they are dead.
