Q.White spots on bark of dogwood tree trunks
Leaves look sick and have spots on them…some of the branches are dying. Very wet spring in the Midwest this year. What can we use to save our trees? Not sure if my photo uploaded to your site or not. Thank you.

This is a fungal infection that will soon become very severe without treatment. Use 1 cup of DOLOMITIC LIME and 1 tablespoon of WETTABLE SULFUR per tree. Cast this around the soil and it will begin to do its job. Within a few weeks, you will notice new growth. You will also need to treat the upper portion of the tree as well. Spray fungicides are recommended.
