Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comI just bought some calla lilies. They are pot bound all need repotting. Do I use general purpose soil or ericacious soil? I note they like a lot of water, as they will be in containers, do I need to put the containers on pebbles surrounded by water? Thank you.

As long as it’s well-draining, general purpose soil should be fine. Just make sure it stays somewhat moist, especially in a container. If you would like to set the container on a water-filled tray of pebbles, this will help keep the humidity levels up and is fine to do as well. For additional care, this article will help you:
