Which Requires More Sun – Tomato Plants Or Green Beans?

Half of my garden gets late afternoon shade starting around 4-5pm, in mid Shenandoah Valley, VA. I need to decide which plant to put at that end of the garden, so should I make sure the tomatoes get more hours of sun or the green beans?

Generally, tomatoes will need a little more sun. I would put those in favor of the most sun possible. Beans handle some shade just fine.
