Which Evergreen Trees Reduce Sound By 30 Decibels? Long Island, New York Area.

I am looking to reduce the sound of neighbors recreating in their pool which is 15 feet from my property line. I would like to reduce it by 30 decibels. What do you suggest? I am thinking about using 8-10′ Thuja plicata ‘Green Giant’ staggered at 5 foot spacing. Please let me know. Thank you

The first article says a berm with a dense planting can reduce noise by up to 15 decibels. A wall/plant combination will reduce noise more effectively than just plants. Here are some ideas:
