which chemicals are used for sapota tree fruit

I planted a sapota tree at about 3 years ago, but up to this time fruit are not fertilized. I mean fruits are emerging and spell down automatically within 2 days. Which chemicals are to be used for the sapota trees?

Fruit drop can be due to drought conditions.
