Golden raintrees are popular trees for home landscapes so you shouldn't have trouble finding one at your local garden centers. If not, the nursery would probably order one for you or you can order one online from a reputable garden nursery. (We don't make specific vendor recommendations.)

The prefer full sun, but if you plan to grow it in a container you would need to keep upsizing the container as they can grow from 25 to 40 feet tall. It would perform better inground. Here is more on its care:
