Are you looking for “rua potato” or a “rue herb” plant? I’m going to assume you are looking for a rua potato. That’s a tough one, looks like Rua potatoes are indigenous to new zealand. I poked around the internet but failed to find an on-line supplier for rua seed potatoes. I would recommend googling international seed companies and making e-mail inquiries. There are also a smattering of grocery stores in the United States that specialize in international food items (thinking you could try planting a grocery store spud) – that might also yield something fruitful. Good luck with your search!
