When transplanting hostas, how far apart should I plant them? I am separating my hostas and want to space them properly.

It all depends how large your hostas are.

The recommended spacing between plant centers is as follows:
Small hostas: 8-12 inches
Medium-sized hostas: 12-24 inches
Large hostas: 36 inches
