When To Start Cleaning Beds In The Spring?

I’ve been told if done too early beneficial bugs can be killed while still overwintering.

It should be safe to do it in the next two weeks or when temperatures are consistently above 50 degrees F overnight. Many insects have already emerged. Overwintering butterflies are typically out by mid April.
