When to plant anemone coronaria bulbs? Paperwork says early spring but isn’t soil frozen then? I live in SW Ohio.

I have no images to send. I just have 6 dozen de caen mix anemones.

In this case, early spring will be when the soil is workable and no longer frozen. They can tolerate frost, so just when you are able to see milder temperatures during the day time.
