When to Plant a Climbing Rose

Moose Carter added on August 7, 2013 | Answered

I am a rookie gardener having just got the bug. I intend to plant a climbing rose in a large planter and train the rose along the open space of my garage wall. What is the best time of the year to plant? The wall is southwest facing.
